Camilo A. Sampedro Arrubla

Bogotá, 1965. Lawyer from the Universidad Externado de Colombia

With 27 years of experience in criminal law. He is specialized in criminal law and criminology, master in criminal and criminological sciences and PhD candidate in law.

Academically, he has served as professor in criminal law, criminal procedure law and disciplinary law at the Universidad Externado de Colombia, both in undergraduate and postgraduate, and as visiting professor at postgraduate taught courses such as environmental law, notary law, customs law, tax law, administrative law, among others. He also has served as a visiting professor at other universities and at the Disciplinary Studies Institute of the Procuraduría General de la Nación and at the Colombian Procedure Law Institute.

He is author of multiple papers regarding criminal law, criminology, criminal procedure law, and disciplinary law. He is also a prominent lecturer at important specialized forums.

He is currently professor at the Universidad Externado de Colombia.
William F. Torres Tópaga

With 22 years of experience in criminal law. He is specialized in criminal law and criminology, criminal procedure law, financial law, master in criminal and criminological sciences and PhD candidate in law.

Academically, he has served as professor in general and special criminal law, the postgraduate taught course of criminal procedure law at the Universidad Colegio Mayor de Nuestra Señora del Rosario and in disciplinary law at the Disciplinary Studies Institute of the Procuraduría General de la Nación. He has been a visiting professor at numerous universities.

He is author of multiple papers related with his specialties, areas in which he has participated as a lecturer at important forums and seminars.
He is currently professor at the Universidad Colegio Mayor de Nuestra Señora del Rosario and the Universidad Externado de Colombia.
